In 1707, the Acts of Union were passed significantly stimulating the Scottish brewing industry. Taxes on Scottish beer were lower than in other areas of the UK and tax on malt was non-existent. Our version of the historic Wee Heavy boasts a high ABV full of malt character and notes of plum, caramel, and toffee.
