Our next SMASH IPA is here – featuring Azacca hops! Mainly used in single hopped beers, this relative newcomer on the hop scene is a descendant of Norther Brewer and Summit hops, named after the Haitian god of agriculture. Rich bodied and semi-sweet to start, finishing bitter, and bursting with tropical fruit and citrus notes.
