Next up in our series of SMASH IPAs, we’ll be breaking down our Cloud Piercer NZ Pilsner, spotlighting each of the 5 individual hops that make up one of our flagship beers. Used for flavoring and bittering, wakatu hops received their name from the incorrect spelling of Whakatu, the Maori name for Nelson. This next iteration of our SMASH (Single Malt And Single Hop) series is medium-light bodies with notes of tropical fruit and melon.
