How Archival Brewing’s Catering Works
Simple, Stress-Free Catering Delivery in Grand Rapids
1. Choose Your Menu
Browse our menu and select your salads, sandwiches, bowls, platters, pizzas, or packages. Customizations and add-ons are welcome.
2. Place Your Order
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice required (48 hours for pizzas or groups over 20).
- For parties of 40+, please allow one week’s notice.
- Same-day requests may be possible, call to check availability.
3. Delivery or Pickup
- Delivery within 10 miles of Archival: $15 flat fee
- Beyond 10 miles: $2 per mile (round trip)
- Minimum food order for delivery: $50
- Pickup: Always free, no minimum order
4. Enjoy Your Event
We’ll deliver your food fresh, complete with utensils, napkins, and serving equipment.

Catering FAQs
How much notice do you need?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice on most orders, 48 hours for large or pizza orders, and one week for parties of 40+. Same-day may be possible if you call.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within 10 miles of Archival Brewing for a $15 fee. Deliveries outside that radius are $2 per mile (round trip).
What’s the minimum order?
Delivery requires a $50 minimum food order. There’s no minimum for pickup orders.
Do you provide utensils and serving items?
Yes. Utensils, plates, and napkins are included by default, but you can opt out if not needed.
Can I order alcohol?
Alcohol is not available for offsite catering per Michigan state law.
