Translating roughly to beer for keeping, Bière de Garde was historically brewed in a French region that now encompasses part of Belgium. We fermented ours with Apple Brandy, French oak, calypso hops, and traditional Belgian yeast. Our 2026 Beer City Brewer’s Guild Pro-Am beer, brewed with Bob Rogers!
